Welcome to the webpage of the Professorship of Experimental Audiology at the Technical University of Munich. We are delighted to present our research group dedicated to advancing diagnostic and treatment technology for inner ear diseases, in particular hearing loss and tinnitus.

We address current challenges in audiology, with emphasis on the application of physics and engineering mindsets. Likewise, we are committed to conducting interdisciplinary and clinical translational research with the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at the Klinikum rechts der Isar and in close collaboration with technological experts and industry partners. Additionally, we aim to contribute to the understanding of human hearing physiology through fundamental investigations of inner ear morphology.
